FAQ

Brow questions, answered

Who can get the $19 brow wax?

The $19 price is for first-time brow clients. You buy the voucher online, it is emailed to you right away, and Andrea reaches out to schedule your visit. A regular brow wax and shaping is $25.

How long does a brow wax last?

Most clients come back every four to six weeks. Some people with faster growth, or who like a very crisp shape, book a little more often.

How long is the appointment?

About 15 minutes. Andrea talks through the shape you want first, then waxes, tweezes any strays and finishes the brow.

Should I grow my brows out first?

If you can, skip tweezing for a couple of weeks before your visit. A little extra growth gives Andrea more to work with when she shapes.

Does brow waxing hurt?

Most people feel a quick sting with each strip that fades in seconds. Brows are a small area, so it is over fast.

Will both brows match exactly?

Andrea shapes for balance, but brows are naturally a little different from each other. The goal is brows that look even and suit your face.

Is there anything I should tell Andrea first?

Yes. Let her know if you use retinoids or acne medication, have recently had a facial peel, or have any skin sensitivity, since these can affect how your skin reacts to wax.

Can I wear makeup afterward?

It is best to give the skin a few hours to settle. Skip heavy brow products, very hot showers and exfoliating the area for the rest of the day.

Do you offer brow tinting?

Yes. Tint pricing and availability are confirmed when you book. It pairs well with a brow wax.
